The products of our e-shop are available in the colors and sizes that appear. We strive to ensure the accuracy of the information on the website regarding the availability of our products.
 
However, there is a possibility that a product will show incorrect availability in the intervening period until the system is updated. In case a product that you ordered is not available, we will be immediately informed.

You don't have to be a member to place an order to our e-shop. You can complete your purchase by continuing as a guest.

 

In case you are a member and you forgot your password, you can click on I forgot my password and a new password will be send to your e-mail.

Freight is free of charge for orders over 49,99 euro. In any other case, the cost of transport is 3 euro.

The charge for cash on delivery is 2 euro.

Using your credit or debit card for your purchases in our online store is absolutely safe, due to the electronic system provided by Piraeus Bank.

The products are delivered 1 to 3 working days after the order is completed. In case the order is made during the weekend, it is executed on Monday.

There may be a delay of 24 to 72 hours in the delivery of the order, due to peak periods (eg ten day bidding, discounts, bad weather conditions). The hours and reasons for the delay of the order are indicative.

Send us an e-mail at sales@e-mouratidis.gr, or call 2310 451870, requesting the change of the product with a larger or smaller size or with another product, if there are available stocks.
 
The cost of returning and returning the product is borne by us only if you use the courier company with which we sent you the product.
 
Once we receive the returned product, we will send you the new one of your choice, of equal or greater value.
 
Your request must be made within 14 calendar days of receipt of the product. The product must be in its original packaging without being damaged and accompanied by the retail receipt you received upon receipt.
 
Otherwise, the change will not be accepted and your product will be refunded at your own expense.

We refund you the money you paid within 3 days of receiving the product. The return cost is 3 euros, if you use the same courier company at our expense.
 
In case you have paid cash on delivery, the value of this service will not be refunded.
 
Refunds are only possible for purchases made electronically (www.e-mouratidis.gr) and are not valid for purchases from our physical store.
