The products are delivered 1 to 3 working days after the order is completed. In case the order is made during the weekend, it is executed on Monday.
There may be a delay of 24 to 72 hours in the delivery of the order, due to peak periods (eg ten day bidding, discounts, bad weather conditions). The hours and reasons for the delay of the order are indicative.
The order is delivered by courier (ACS Courier. ELTA Courier or SPEEDEX) and you are informed by e-mail about the progress of your order.
For remote areas, not served by the courier network, the products may be delivered by the Hellenic Post. The delivery time is three business days from the day of filing and you can track and search the parcel through a special barcode number.
Freight is free of charge for orders over 49,99 euro. In any other case, the cost of transport is 3 euro.
