All products purchased from www.e-mouratidis.gr can be returned for replacement / change with larger or smaller number, or change / replacement in product selection, if stocks are available. 

The customer has the right to return or change the product he has purchased within 14 calendar days from the date that the product is received. The customer must send an e-mail to the address sales@e-mouratidis.gr or call at +30 2310 451870 requesting the return or change of the product. The request for return or change of product should be made within 14 calendar days and the shipment of the product should take place within 3 calendar days after the return / change has been updated and approved. In any other case the return or change of the product will not be accepted.

The products should be in their original packaging, complete and intact. They must not have been worn, changed or damaged and labels must remain on the product. Also, the returned product should be accompanied by all the necessary documents received by the customer upon receipt. If the product has been tampered with, the refund or change is not accepted and the product is returned to the customer at its own cost.

The cost of changing the product are in charge of the enterprice only for the first return/change and in condition that if the return/change will be made using the same courier with the delivery. In any other case the customer is charged with the shipping cost.

The store also reserves the right to pursue a refund policy. The refund  will be reimbursed within 3 days of receipt of the product, using the same payment instrument used by the customer for the original transaction.
